How to improve your health FAST juicing

  1. Juicing is pretty awesome! I am on Day 38 of a juice fast and it’s been an amazing experience so far. In addition to be down 30+ pounds it really has been a whole lifestyle change. I am committed to living a healthy sustainable lifestyle once this is over.

  2. Hey I’m actually on Day 44 now, and I feel pretty good. The weight loss has been amazing, as well as just feeling much healthier and more energetic. It has definitely been quite a journey, and my views of food and nutrition have completely been flipped upside down (in a good way)!
